Every 6 years, CCS is evaluated by members of an Education Accreditation team which represents from the Adventist Accrediting Association (AAA) and the National Council for Private School Accreditation (NCPSA). We are pleased to report that our school has consistently received full accredited status every six years. This is the highest level of re-accreditation awarded.
Accreditation is an external, objective evaluation of school quality and student achievement. It ensures that our school is meeting high quality standards in many areas including instruction, curriculum, student achievement, leadership, safety, technology, and community outreach.
The intentional low student to teacher ratio helps students to work above grade level as well as support those students who need more individualized attention.
Our teachers are highly trained and certified, not only by state educational departments, but also our Accrediting organizations governing the quality of education. Our teachers are credentialed in a variety of educational levels— early childhood, elementary education, science, Bible, and English as well as being trained in Champs, Envoy, Dibels, and Differentiated Instruction.
We know our students come from many backgrounds and learning styles, so we utilize differentiated instruction programming to allow the learners to advance on their individual levels and learning styles propelling them for the next level of education and academic excellence.
Our students develop strong leadership qualities just like David and Esther from Bible times through the use of study tours, community service, technology, and daily devotional time and learning.
Allows for every learner to have opportunities for visual, auditory, kinetic, tactile learning throughout the program.
Our students are always given opportunities to develop their forethought by using deductive reasoning, analogical thinking skills, and problem-solving strategies.
